AboutUs Mission Statement Scarborough Housing Help Centre recognizes that each individual deserves safe, secure and affordable housing. We provide a holistic approach to combating the issues that result in homelessness. Dedicated to the principles of fairness and compassion, we seek to promote self-sufficiency and equitable access to community resources. Our Board of Directors Responsibility for the policy and program directions of the Centre and for its financial management oversight is held by a volunteer, community- based Board of Directors. The Board represents the diverse, cultural, social and economic character of the community of Scarborough.
